SHIPPING POLICY

Fleecen’Friends ships domestically within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping rates & timing

  • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days before dispatch.

  • Standard shipping: USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

We process and dispatch orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays or carrier delays.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch. If tracking does not update or your delivery appears delayed, contact hello@fleecenfriends.com with your order number.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or redirect a package after dispatch.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, additional postage may be required to resend it. We will confirm any charges with you first.

Missing or damaged packages

If your package is missing, arrives damaged or shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact hello@fleecenfriends.com promptly with your order number.

For damaged deliveries, retain the item and packaging and include photographs. We will review the shipment details, work with the carrier where necessary and help resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are assessed based on the investigation and applicable consumer rights.
